The thesis

Uni + JPEG was a pun. Quantum + peg is a measurement.

Unipeg showed that a 24×24 horse can live entirely on-chain. Quantum Pegs keeps that object and changes the seed: IBM hardware runs a 38-qubit circuit, one shot becomes one peg, and the renderer draws coat, mane, horn, wings, and fringe from that bitstring.
